Hal Greenberg co-founded the Riverside Strategic Capital team alongside George Cole, bringing deep expertise in structured investments and strategic capital solutions.

Before joining Riverside in 2013, he co-managed the Structured Capital Funds at Veronis Suhler Stevenson. Earlier in his career, he held several finance roles at McGraw-Hill Book Company and CBS Inc.

Hal holds a Bachelor’s degree from Lake Forest College, an MBA from NYU, and a JD from New England School of Law.
